Tickets & Entry
All our tickets are digital — there is nothing to ship and no physical ticket to collect.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email your e-ticket and receipt to the address you used at checkout. It usually lands within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
At the venue, simply give your name or booking reference at entry — no printout needed. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the start time so you're settled in when the event begins. Please note any event-specific rules (age, team size) shown on the event page.
