Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tabletop Takeovers sells tickets to live events and experiences. As our tickets are for scheduled events, the terms below govern cancellations and refunds. There are no physical goods, so no returns or shipping apply.
You may cancel your booking for a refund only if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event start time. In that case the full ticket amount (excluding payment-gateway charges) will be refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
To cancel, call us on +91 98765 43210 or email help@tabletoptakeovers.com with your booking reference. We’ll confirm your cancellation by email.
Once a cancellation is confirmed, it takes us 2–5 business days to initiate the refund. After that, it generally takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds are always issued to the same mode of payment you used. If, due to a technical issue, we are unable to process the refund to the source, we will get in touch for an alternative mode.
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket amount. If we reschedule an event, we will notify you by email and you may either transfer your booking to the new date at no charge or request a full refund.
For refunds made using payment gateways — namely Razorpay, PhonePe, Stripe, Tap or any added in the future — all amounts exclusive of gateway charges will be refunded to the customer.
